　　改善閥的靜態(tài)特性：通過(guò)噴嘴-擋板系統(tǒng)及放大器的作用，閥門定位器可以克服閥桿的摩擦和消除調(diào)節(jié)閥不平衡力的影響，保證閥門位置按調(diào)節(jié)器發(fā)出的信號(hào)正確定位。

Improving the static characteristics of the valve: Through the nozzle baffle system and amplifier, the valve locator can overcome the friction of the valve stem and eliminate the impact of unbalanced force on the regulating valve, ensuring that the valve position is correctly positioned according to the signal emitted by the regulator.

　　改善閥的動(dòng)態(tài)特性：減小時(shí)間常數(shù)，使閥的一階滯后特性得到改善，提高響應(yīng)速度。

Improve the dynamic characteristics of the valve: reduce the time constant, improve the first-order hysteresis characteristic of the valve, and increase the response speed.

　　改變閥的流量特性：通過(guò)改變反饋凸輪的形狀，可以改變閥的線性、快開等百分比流量特性。

Changing the flow characteristics of the valve: By changing the shape of the feedback cam, the linear and fast opening percentage flow characteristics of the valve can be changed.

　　用于分程控制：在分程控制系統(tǒng)中，每個(gè)控制閥只能在控制器輸出信號(hào)的某一區(qū)段范圍內(nèi)作全行程的動(dòng)作，從而控制多閥功能。

Used for split range control: In a split range control system, each control valve can only perform a full stroke action within a certain range of the controller's output signal, thereby controlling the multi valve function.

　　重要調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)：提高調(diào)節(jié)閥的定位精確及可靠性。

　　大壓差場(chǎng)合：通過(guò)提高氣源壓力增大執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的輸出力，克服液體對(duì)閥芯產(chǎn)生的不平衡力，減小行程誤差。

In situations with large pressure differences: By increasing the air source pressure and increasing the output force of the actuator, the unbalanced force generated by the liquid on the valve core is overcome, and the stroke error is reduced.

　　高溫、高壓、低溫、有毒、易燃、易爆介質(zhì)：防止對(duì)外泄漏，克服閥桿與填料間的摩擦力。

High temperature, high pressure, low temperature, toxic, flammable, and explosive media: To prevent external leakage and overcome the friction between the valve stem and packing.

　　粘性流體或含固體懸浮物介質(zhì)：克服介質(zhì)對(duì)閥桿移動(dòng)的阻力。

Viscous fluid or medium containing solid suspension: Overcoming the resistance of the medium to the movement of the valve stem.

　　大口徑調(diào)節(jié)閥：增大執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的輸出推力。

Large caliber regulating valve: Increase the output thrust of the actuator.

　　長(zhǎng)距離控制信號(hào)傳遞：克服控制信號(hào)的傳遞滯后，改善閥門的動(dòng)作反應(yīng)速度。

Long distance control signal transmission: Overcoming the transmission delay of control signals and improving the action response speed of valves.

　　簡(jiǎn)介： 閥門定位器是調(diào)節(jié)閥的主要附件，通常與氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥配套使用。它接受調(diào)節(jié)器的輸出信號(hào)，然后以輸出信號(hào)去控制氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥。閥桿的位移通過(guò)機(jī)械裝置反饋到閥門定位器，閥位狀況通過(guò)電信號(hào)傳給上位系統(tǒng)。

Introduction: Valve locator is the main accessory of regulating valve, usually used in conjunction with pneumatic regulating valve. It receives the output signal from the regulator and then controls the pneumatic regulating valve with the output signal. The displacement of the valve stem is fed back to the valve locator through a mechanical device, and the valve position status is transmitted to the upper system through an electrical signal.
