1、隔膜閥的試壓方法

1. Pressure test method of diaphragm valve

隔膜閥強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)從任一端引入介質(zhì)，開(kāi)啟閥瓣，另一端封閉，試驗(yàn)壓力升至規(guī)定值后，看閥體和閥蓋無(wú)滲漏為合格。然后降壓至密封性試驗(yàn)壓力，關(guān)閉閥瓣，打開(kāi)另一端進(jìn)行檢查，無(wú)滲漏為合格。

In the strength test of diaphragm valve, the medium is introduced from either end, the valve disc is opened, and the other end is closed. After the test pressure rises to the specified value, it is qualified if there is no leakage in the valve body and bonnet. Then depressurize to the sealing test pressure, close the valve disc, open the other end for inspection, and it is qualified if there is no leakage.

2、截止閥和節(jié)流閥的試壓方法

2. Pressure test method of stop valve and throttle valve

截止閥和節(jié)流閥的強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)，通常將組裝好的閥門(mén)放在試壓架中，打開(kāi)閥瓣，注入介質(zhì)至規(guī)定值，檢查閥體和閥蓋是否冒汗和滲漏。也可單件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)。密封性試驗(yàn)只做截止閥。試驗(yàn)時(shí)截止閥的閥桿成垂直狀態(tài)，閥瓣開(kāi)啟，介質(zhì)從閥瓣底下一端引入至規(guī)定值，檢查填料和墊片處;待合格后關(guān)閉閥瓣，打開(kāi)另一端檢查是否有滲漏。如果上海良工閥門(mén)強(qiáng)度和密封性試驗(yàn)都要做時(shí)，可先做強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)，然后降壓至密封性試驗(yàn)規(guī)定值，檢查填料和墊片處;再關(guān)閉閥瓣，打開(kāi)出口端檢查密封面是否滲漏。

For the strength test of stop valve and throttle valve, the assembled valve is usually placed in the pressure test frame, the valve disc is opened, the medium is injected to the specified value, and the valve body and bonnet are checked for sweating and leakage. The strength test can also be carried out on a single piece. The sealing test is only for the stop valve. During the test, the valve stem of the stop valve is vertical, the valve disc is opened, the medium is introduced from the lower end of the valve disc to the specified value, and the packing and gasket are checked; After passing the inspection, close the valve disc and open the other end to check whether there is leakage. If the strength and sealing test of Shanghai Lianggong valve are required, the strength test can be carried out first, then the pressure can be reduced to the specified value of sealing test, and the packing and gasket shall be checked; Then close the valve disc, open the outlet end and check whether the sealing surface leaks.

3、閘閥的試壓方法

3. Pressure test method of gate valve

閘閥的強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)與截止閥一樣。閘閥的密封性試驗(yàn)有兩種方法。

The strength test of gate valve is the same as that of stop valve. There are two methods for sealing test of gate valve.

①閘板開(kāi)啟，使閥內(nèi)壓力升至規(guī)定值;然后關(guān)閉閘板，立即取出閘閥，檢查閘板兩側(cè)密封處有否滲漏或者直接往閥蓋上的堵頭內(nèi)注入試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)至規(guī)定值，檢查閘板兩側(cè)密封處。以上方法叫做中間試壓。這種方法不宜在公稱(chēng)通徑DN32mm以下的閘閥做密封試驗(yàn)。

① The ram is opened to raise the pressure in the valve to the specified value; Then close the ram, take out the gate valve immediately, check whether there is leakage at the seals on both sides of the ram, or directly inject the test medium into the plug on the valve cover to the specified value, and check the seals on both sides of the ram. The above method is called intermediate pressure test. This method is not suitable for sealing test on gate valves with nominal diameter below dn32mm.

②另一種方法是將閘板開(kāi)啟，使閥門(mén)試驗(yàn)壓力升至規(guī)定值;然后關(guān)閘板，打開(kāi)一端盲板，檢查密封面是否滲漏。再倒頭，作以上重復(fù)試驗(yàn)至合格為止。

氣動(dòng)閘閥填料和墊片處密封性試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在閘板密封性試驗(yàn)之前進(jìn)行。

4、蝶閥的試壓方法

4. Pressure test method of butterfly valve

氣動(dòng)蝶閥的強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)與截止閥一樣。蝶閥的密封性能試驗(yàn)應(yīng)從介質(zhì)流人端引入試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)，蝶板應(yīng)開(kāi)啟，另一端封閉，注入壓力至規(guī)定值;檢查填料和其他密封處無(wú)滲漏后，關(guān)閉蝶板，打開(kāi)另一端，檢查蝶板密封處無(wú)滲漏為合格。作為調(diào)節(jié)流量用的蝶閥可不做密封性能試驗(yàn)。

The strength test of pneumatic butterfly valve is the same as that of stop valve. For the sealing performance test of butterfly valve, the test medium shall be introduced from the medium flow end, the butterfly plate shall be opened, the other end shall be closed, and the injection pressure shall reach the specified value; After checking that there is no leakage at the packing and other seals, close the butterfly plate, open the other end, and check that there is no leakage at the seal of the butterfly plate. The butterfly valve used for regulating flow may not be subject to sealing performance test.
