閥門關(guān)不嚴(yán)怎么辦？

　　一般情況下，如果是關(guān)不嚴(yán)的話，先確認(rèn)一下閥門是否有關(guān)閉到位，如果已經(jīng)關(guān)閉到位后，還是存在泄露不能密封，那就再檢查密封面的情況。有些閥門的密封副是可拆卸的，那就拿出來進(jìn)行研磨，再次試驗。如果還是關(guān)不嚴(yán)的話，那就必須返廠檢修或者更換閥門，以免影響閥門正常使用及出現(xiàn)工況事故等問題。

　　閥門關(guān)不嚴(yán)的原因一般有以下幾種

　　閥門關(guān)不嚴(yán)的處理方法

　　一、 有雜質(zhì)卡住閥門密封面

1、 There are impurities blocking the sealing surface of the valve

　　閥門有時突然關(guān)不嚴(yán)，可能是閥門密封面間有雜質(zhì)卡住，此時不應(yīng)用力強行關(guān)閉，應(yīng)把閥門稍開大一些，然后再試圖關(guān)閉，反復(fù)試試，一般即可排除，否則應(yīng)進(jìn)行再次檢查。也應(yīng)保持介質(zhì)的質(zhì)量潔凈。

Sometimes the valve suddenly cannot be closed tightly, which may be due to impurities sticking between the sealing surfaces of the valve. At this time, no force should be used to close it. The valve should be slightly opened larger and then attempted to close again. Repeated attempts can generally eliminate the problem, otherwise it should be rechecked. 　　對于通常在開啟狀態(tài)的閥門，偶然關(guān)閉時，由于閥桿螺紋已經(jīng)生銹，也會發(fā)生關(guān)不嚴(yán)的情況。對于這種情況，可反復(fù)開關(guān)幾次閥門，同時用小錘敲擊閥體底部，即能將閥門關(guān)嚴(yán)，無需對閥門進(jìn)行研磨修理。

　　對于試著多次開關(guān)仍然關(guān)不緊的情況，那就是密封面已損壞了，或者是腐蝕、介質(zhì)中的顆粒劃傷等破壞了密封面，這種 情況應(yīng)報修處理。

For situations where the switch cannot be closed tightly even after multiple attempts, it means that the sealing surface has been damaged, or that corrosion, particle scratches in the medium, etc. have damaged the sealing surface. This situation should be reported for repair.

　　四、閥桿與閥瓣連接不好
